STOMP 2025
Festival-Scale Satellite Kitchen in Yountville
The Mission: Brindare Napa Valley needed a full production kitchen for STOMP 2025, a multi-day festival at the Yount Mill & Cook Rd site in Yountville. The challenge: feeding large crowds over five consecutive days with no permanent BOH infrastructure on site.
The Logistics: We deployed a high-capacity propane-based cooking line with 2 six-burner ranges, 4 convection ovens, and 6 electric transit cabinets for holding. 24 banquet tables provided ample prep and staging space. Fire safety was critical — we loaded 2 Class K and 2 ABC extinguishers per client specifications.

NBC Universal @ Donum
Remote Production Building Support
The Mission: NBC Universal required a seamless dining experience for cast and crew at the exclusive Donum Estate. The directive was "Deliver to production building," implying a remote setup away from the main infrastructure.
The Logistics: We deployed a self-sufficient "Propane Protocol" kitchen to bypass power limitations, including a 6-burner range and convection ovens. Crucially, this was a single-source delivery: the kitchen equipment arrived on the same truck as the china, flatware, and service trays, streamlining the load-in for the production team.

BottleRock Napa Valley
Powering the "Culinary Capital" of Festivals
The Mission: BottleRock isn't just music; it's a food festival. We were tasked with building the temporary infrastructure for Napa's top restaurants (Mustards, Press, The Q) to serve thousands of covers a day in an open field.
The Logistics: This wasn't one kitchen; it was a fleet. We managed the deployment of 39 deep fryers and 20 commercial refrigerators across the fairgrounds. The operation required precise load-balancing of propane and power grids to ensure high-volume vendors like Mustards Grill (12 fryers alone) and Pizza By The Suites (13 hot boxes) operated without interruption.
